How long it takes to have my order made and delivered?

The time it takes me to have your items made and delivered varies, but generally it takes me 2 to 3 working days before shipping.

How are my items being delivered?

All orders are delivered with Royal Mail 24 Tracked service. Gift papers are sent flat (creased) in an A4 Envelope.

You can always upgrade the shipping service when checkout.

When do the chocolates expire?

The chocolates (Milk and Vegan) have a 12 months life span (approx) from the the date of purchase.

Chocolates Storage

The best way to keep your chocolates in pristine condition is to storage them in a cool, dark and dry place until use, in the same box. Never store the chocolates in the fridge.

Where do you ship to?

I do only ship to England, Scotland and Wales. Unfortunately, I can't ship to Northern Ireland due to the new European Union regulations (GPSR) brought to the market in December 2024
